Triples in the Park!

Triples is a signature Cardio Tennis game and one of the most popular. Cardio Tennis Triples uses a format of 3 on 3, with one player at the net and two at the baseline for each team. It’s fast-moving as players rotate positions after every point. By using the orange cardio balls, points are long and competitive — every player gets lots of touches.

New format this year with new time slots. Only the Triples indicated will have potlucks.

No weather reschedule, refunds will be issued if rain. Call Aston Park for status, or check Facebook group ASTON PARK TENNIS FRIENDS

Where: Aston Park Tennis Center

Cost: $0 for passholders; $10 for non-members to cover Aston court fees. Passholders must still register.

ATA & Loboton

LOBOTON is a fun, social, and friendly team sport that evolved from tennis. It’s easier to play than tennis because there is no serving. Beginning and Advanced players also use LOBOTON to develop skills to play tennis. The only requirement to start playing LOBOTON is to be able to bounce/hit a ball into the court most of the time (3/5). A lot of players can do this with no training or practice.

ATA is hosting instructors from Greensboro to come introduce this game to Asheville on April 20, Aston Park 4-6p. It is a FREE event but you must register so that we can organize by skill levels.

More info about play format found in these official rules.
